LETTERS- When you find a lady that captures your attention and add her as a SWEETHEART she may or may not have an introduction letter. If she has an introduction letter, it will automatically be sent to you once she is added. If you decide to read it the cost is $7.00 USD. This usually is a good way to gain some initial information about her and also lets her know you are interested. That lady of your choice can go to your profile and read about you. From there she can decide if she is interested in you as well. You are not charged if you do not open the introduction letter; it is completely up to you. If you do decide to continue communicating with a particular lady you can respond to her introduction letter and write her any personal questions you may have. We do ask you to respect our ladies as they are real genuine women and very interested in relationships. This is the first step in determining if you and the lady are compatible and if you like one another. (*Note // Letters sent to the lady to be translated are $7.00 for 1000 10pt characters which is a little over a page which is the typical average size letter that Ukrainian Agencies are willing to translate). An additional $7.00 Charge will apply for each additional 1000 characters.

SKYPE CONFERENCE CALLS AND VIDEO CHATS- Because of the IMBRA LAWS (see our website for details on these laws) you cannot call the lady directly. Her contact information can only be given out to you by herself in person. When you order a SKYPE call the lady is invited to the headquarters of her local Agency at a time that is convenient for the both of you. This is an excellent way for you to see each other and talk directly. It is very beneficial by reassuring you and her that the person in the photos is the same person they are writing, getting to know, and hopefully planning to meet one day. SKYPE CONFERENCE CALLS are an indispensible tool if you are really serious about coming to the Ukraine. This can save you a lot of wasted time and frustration.

The price for a SKYPE VIDEO CHAT or CONFERENCE CALL with an INTERPERTER is $3.00 per minute. The minimum time for a Video Chat or Conference call is 15 minutes. To order this service you need to be sure to have at least $100.00 in your www.UkraineSweethearts.com account and have set up a SKYPE account of your own. There should be a link on our Sign-Up page to activate this service.

We only charge for minutes with a good connection, if there are technical problems with the internet or SKYPE the call is rescheduled for a different time or day. Whichever is most convenient for both you and the lady.

If you must cancel or postpone the conference then please contact the Ukrainian Manager at least 24 hours before the call is scheduled to take place and they will help find a time and date more suitable for both parties. If you do not make contact with the Ukrainian Manager in the appropriate time allotted a balance of $45.00 will be deducted from your account and unfortunately it is non-refundable. This is the minimum cost of a conference/video chat call available and helps the agency pay for their staff's work toward scheduling it. Consideration is paramount here and goes a long way with the ladies. So please if you schedule a call do your best to keep your appointment or give proper notification if a change is needed. (Keep in mind there is a 7 to 10 Hour time difference from the U.S. to the Ukraine so as much lead time as possible is needed in order to minimize the inconvenience to the lady.

How do you make a call? It's Easy. Just follow these five easy steps:
1. You download Skype program on your computer and buy a headset if you do not already have one.
2. You send a formal request about arranging the conference call to info@ukrainesweethearts.com and specifying the time that is convenient for you and we will verify that the lady you wish to speak with is also available.
3. You will receive a confirmation and $45.00 USD will be deducted from your account.
4.Atleast three business days before the set time you will need to contact our Home office by e-mail  info@ukrainesweethearts.com or contact us by our Skype address "UKGLLC"
5. The Home Office will connect you to the ladies local Agency where the lady is waiting for your call.
 

DATE ARRANGEMENT: If the lady of your choice is in the same city as where you are staying we will help you set up a date for $50.00 per initial introduction. If she is in a different city and we need to convince the lady to come to the city where the client is currently staying and we must arrange for her to come there then we charge $150.00 to ensure transportation and accommodations. (All cost connected with transportation, accommodations and meals are at the clients expense).

TRANSPORTATION- Our Company has personal drivers available for transportation at our headquarters in Odessa. Our drivers will see you make it to your destination on time.

• Newer model SUV- $25.00 per hour. It has leather seats and can be used for all travel including around the city.
• Airport pickup with an interpreter with a quick orientation tour around the city is available for $75.00
• Long distance transport should be discussed between you and the manager directly on an individual case basis.

EXCURSIONS/SIGHTSEEING- We can provide guided tours around the Ukraine. If transportation from us is involved the price will depend on what you would like to see. We can make arrangements for any sight in any city in the Ukraine. Any and all tours should be addressed to us at info@ukrainesweethearts.com so we can assist you both here in the United States and while in the Ukraine. All routes around the city will be discussed with you to ensure you are able to see all the sights you have an interest in. We can also provide you with a breathtaking and memorable tour around the Ukraine. (Bring Your Camera) WE ARE READY TO GO WHEN YOU ARE!!!

ADDITIONAL PHOTOS-Additional photos of a lady 10 photos minimum $25.00. If you want to see candid shots of everyday life of a lady this is a great option.

PHOTOS TO LADIES-You can send the lady of your choice additional photos of yourself. Up to 10 photos for $25.00. If you want to send your lady photos of you and your life, she loves to see these.

VIDEO OF LADY- A Video of many of our ladies is available for $50.00. This is a short video that really helps members see the girls in a more real setting. They are well done and professional but you get to see the real lady and not just a photo. This and live telephone calls are best for serious members.
